I am a Computer Science Ph.D. student at University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) working under supervision of professor Elena Zheleva in EDGES lab. My interests are mainly in Machine Learning, Data mining, and Causal Inference. More specifically, I am focused on personalization and unbiased learning-to-rank/recommender systems. I received my bachelor's and master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University (SBU) and UIC in 2015 and 2017 respectively.
